Cpanel ftp logs not updating

Using the steps below will allow you to update your own stat reports in Awstats, allowing you to see your most recent visitor data without having to submit a support ticket to have this updated from our end. Since it does take some time to run (sometimes 20-30 minutes), it could still be generating.If it has already been longer than that, and it is still not updated.

Scenario: AWStats is short for Advanced Web Statistics.

A version's change log includes entries for both the development and production releases of that version.

For example, changes in c Panel & WHM version 65 appear in the change log for version 66.

Until some months ago this was easy because the raw log file for the day resided in a user-accessible folder that could be pulled by FTP.

Now it's spirited away in some place that tech support don't know about or won't talk about, so manual c Panel is the only method available.
